- Is personalizing an item an extra fee?
- There is no extra fee for basic personalization. Additional fees are applied when you; add engraving to second side, add a graphic, add add-on accessories, request a custom art setup, add a gift card or gift box option.
- How long does normal production time take?
- Your order will be produced in 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the item listing page. If you select RUSH production your order will be produced in 1 business day. Transit time is determined by the shipping selection that you make at checkout.
- What is Rush Production?
- We offer RUSH Production service for almost all of our items, this service guarantees production within 1 business day. The shipping method you select determines the transit speed and we offer UPS Next Day Air Service. Almost all of our products can be received in as quickly as 2 business days, with RUSH production and UPS Next Day Air Service applied.

- Does ForAllGifts offer discounts for Large Quantity Orders?
- Yes, for orders of $500 or more we offer discounts, please call 877-780-4662 or email email@example.com with your large quantity order inquiry and we will provide a quote for your request.

- Do we ship overseas?
- We ship overseas to Military addresses only.
- Does ForAllGifts ship to APO addresses?
- Yes, we ship to all APO addresses transit provided by the USPS.
- What if I don’t want personalization?
- If you are looking for the item without personalization leave the Personalization fields blank and add the item to your cart. Once you proceed to checkout in the Order Comment field state you would like the item blank and our team will send it right out. *Photo personalized items cannot be sent blank.*
- Is shipping free?
- We offer Free Shipping with the United States Postal Service First Class Package Service with the code: SHIP120
First Class Package Service is a service limited to items that are less than a pound and can be shipped in a box that is 9x7x6 or smaller.

- What is the return policy?
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a return question. If possible include your Order # and reason for return and we will assist.
- Can I order over the phone?
- Orders can be placed over the phone Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm EST. Customers must have a verified SKU# and provide their personal information including payment information to the Customer Service Team Member placing the order. Photo personalized items cannot be ordered over the phone.
- Does ForAllGifts accept checks?
- We do not accept checks. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for payment at this time.
- Does ForAllGifts send proofs?
- We do not provide proofs at this time. We are a satisfaction guaranteed company and stand by that guarantee for all of our customers.
- How do I care for my jewelry?
- Sterling Silver
- Some of our jewelry is made from Sterling Silver. We use high quality .925 Sterling Silver which is the purest form of silver. Because pure silver is too soft to be made into jewelry, usually it is mixed with a base metal to keep it firm. This could be a metal such as nickel or brass, although nickel is not widely used any longer due to allergic reactions. Occasionally, some individuals can have allergic reactions to sterling silver resulting in a rash or swelling. This is usually caused by the metals that are mixed with the silver to harden it. A rhodium plating is applied to some of our sterling silver styles to prevent tarnishing and add a look of platinum to your jewelry. You can keep your sterling silver jewelry clean with a soft jewelry polishing cloth.
- Stainless Steel
- Most of our jewelry styles are made from Stainless Steel. We use surgical grade 316L Stainless Steel for our jewelry. Stainless Steel is non-allergenic, non-tarnishing and is a very durable type of metal which will give your jewelry a long life of wear. Some of our stainless steel items will have a color plating – like black, gold or rose gold plating. Some newer colors of ion plating include blue and red. This process is called ion-plating, or IP Plated. Ion plating is a bonding process that is very durable, up to eight times more durable than traditional plating. Your jewelry is sure to last through rugged daily wear.
- What is the warranty on my special gift?
- We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. The warranty begins on the completion date of the Order.
- What if I made an error in my personalization?
- We offer customer error replacement orders at 50% Off the purchase price. If you reached out prior to completion by telephone or through email, we will redo your order at no charge. If your change request is received after completion we will offer the 50% Off purchase price discount on the corrected replacement.
- What if I want to change my order or personalization?
- All orders go into production the next business day. Please call in to 877-780-4662 M-F 9am-5pm est, or leave a message if it is after business hours -OR- email email@example.com with your Order # and change request in writing.
- How do I cancel my order?
- Cancellation requests will be honored if the cancellation request was made prior to completion of your order. All orders go into production the next business day. Please call in to 877-780-4662 M-F 9am-5pm est, or leave a message if it is after business hours -OR- email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # and cancellation request in writing.
- What if my package was delivered, but not received?
- We replace lost packages and require minimal customer assistance. If the package was delivered by the USPS, we ask customers to reach out to their local Post Office or Post Delivery person to verify the GPS delivery location of the package. Once verified we will issue a no-charge replacement if needed.
- What if my package was stolen?
- We replace stolen packages and require minimal customer assistance. - Can I use a custom image or logo for the personalization?
- Yes, we can accommodate custom artwork setups and charge a one time setup fee of $25.00. Email email@example.com with your specific setup request and we will start the custom artwork setup process.
- Where is the ForAllGifts production facility located?
We have multiple production facilities all located in the USA. Our main production facility is located in Connecticut.
