The top easily unscrews to reveal a small compartment to store ashes in. A 20" gold cable chain is included along with a velvet pouch and gift box. How To Fill:

The bail at the top of the urn pendant unscrews to open. This will expose a small compartment where the ashes can be placed. Use a small funnel to fill, be sure not to fill to the top as you will need a little space to re-insert the top of the pendant. Most funeral homes will fill the urn for you for a small fee if you are uncomfortable with filling it.
