Shipping Times

We can ship your order in one business day if you select the "Rush My Item" option on the product page.  Otherwise, we can ship orders within 3 business day after receiving the order.  All orders ship out of our warehouse in Essex, CT 06426. The map below indicates the number of shipping days it will take to arrive at your doorstep using UPS Ground Service.  If you need to receive it sooner you can select UPS 3-Day; 2-Day or Overnight service. 

NOTE:  3D Crystal Keepsakes, Custom House Plaques and Select Other Items Have A Longer Production Time and Are Shipped From A Different Production Facility.  See Product Page For Production & Shipping Times.
